PRINTING
Printing is an activity that is highly valued as creative, that provides certain kind of freedom to both the client and its imagination, as well as to our team, who provides this service. In our production, we use two printing techniques, UV Flatbed printing, and large format printing.
We use American machines DIRECT COLOR SYSTEMS, for many years so far, with great success. These machines have a special ability of 3D textured printing on metal, plexiglass, wood, leather, pens, lighters, USB flash drives, cases for mobile phones. UV Flatbed printable area is 255x610 mm. Applied colors are immediately dried by UV rays.
Large format printing is processed on the Japanese MUTOH machine, which uses EKO SOLVENT COLORS for printing 3D stickers, banners, posters, PVC and stained-glass films, advertising tiles, canvas. Printable area is 1,200x50,000 mm, that is being limited by the maximum length of the roll.
Final design, shapes and contour cutting are done by cutter machine.
We would also like to mention the production of 3D stickers. This process includes printing with eco-solvent colors and 3D polyurethane resin. 3D stickers are a popular multifunctional product with a primary use in branding and advertising. They can be used independently as well as a core element of promotional items such as lapel pins, badges, pendants, medals, plaques.
